I am an independent limited partner focused on the research, development, and long-term commercialization of medical artificial intelligence devices. My work centers on applied AI technologies designed to improve diagnostic accuracy, clinical efficiency, and treatment outcomes within regulated healthcare environments.
Born in the United Kingdom and professionally shaped across Europe, Canada, and the United States, I have been based in San Francisco since 2015. My investment philosophy emphasizes technical credibility, clinical validation, and sustainable value creation rather than short-term financial returns.
Healthcare systems continue to face persistent challenges in diagnostic precision, treatment planning, and operational efficiency. While artificial intelligence has created meaningful innovation opportunities, many existing medical AI devices remain limited by insufficient accuracy, delayed algorithm optimization, and inconsistent performance in real clinical settings.
My current work supports the development of next-generation medical AI devices, with a particular focus on:
With the support of my family office, I collaborate with a multidisciplinary research team and work in partnership with GE Healthcare. GE Healthcare provides manufacturing capabilities, advanced medical laboratories, and regulated clinical data infrastructure. Our team is responsible for AI algorithm research, model optimization, and system-level integration.
The project is currently in a development and validation phase and has not yet reached full-scale commercialization. Annual distributions are approximately USD 500,000, with further growth expected as the technology matures and market adoption expands.
Bachelor of Science in Finance (2004–2007)
Second Class Honours
Master of Science in Financial Analysis (2008–2010)
GPA: 3.7 / 4.0
Research Focus: International Finance and Economics
I was born on December 24, 1987, in Manchester, England.
My father, David Wriothesley, was a detective with the Narcotics Division of the Greater Manchester Police. He was killed in the line of duty in 1996 while working undercover. His professionalism and commitment to public service profoundly influenced my values.
My mother, Lyudmila Wilson (née Petrova), was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia. She immigrated to the United Kingdom in 1985 and worked for many years as a Russian language teacher at a public secondary school in northern Manchester before retiring.
My stepfather, Mike, is an entrepreneur and former banking executive. He previously served as a branch manager and vice president at a Seattle-based bank and currently maintains diversified investments across technology, finance, healthcare, mining, construction, and banking sectors in the United States. He resides in Brooklyn, New York.
I was married in 2012 to my university classmate, David Williams. The marriage ended in divorce in 2015.
I have one daughter, Sophia Williams, born on April 15, 2015.
Sophia attends Trinity School in Manhattan. During the academic year, she lives in Brooklyn with her grandmother. We share joint custody, and she spends school holidays with me in San Francisco.
I believe artificial intelligence should enhance—not replace—clinical judgment. Sustainable healthcare innovation depends on accuracy, transparency, and close collaboration between technologists, clinicians, and regulators.
My long-term objective is to support technologies that demonstrate measurable clinical value and contribute meaningfully to improved global healthcare outcomes.
